  • 350 grams’  garlic
  • 200 ml 95% alcohol or rum(it should not contain methanol or benzalkonium chloride)

This amount is enough for 12 days.

Here is what you need to do:

Peel the garlic cloves and mash along with alcohol. Pour the mixture inside the sterilized glass bottle and leave it to process for around ten days. Strain the liquid and pour the remedy back into the bottle and keep in the fridge.

How to use it:

Add one single drop of the mixture into the glass of water and drink it before breakfast and lunch. When it comes to dinner use 2-3 drops of the mixture in your glass of water and drink it before the evening meal.
