Experts say that there are minimal amounts of pesticides found even in the organically produced crops. Some conventional crops are such that they naturally contain that much amount of pesticides, as their organic variant would. So that makes not much of a difference if you buy the conventional variant.
‘The difference between organic and conventional produce is often blurred, you cannot label your produce “organic” without being certified to an organic standard, but conventional growers can and do achieve certification to an environmental standard such as Freshcare Environmental or EnviroVeg.’ Mr Bennett told Daily Mail Australia.
